Comedians JB Smoove, Lizz Winstead, TJ Miller and Reggie Watts will headline at the DC Comedy Fest August 7-9. The festival is accepting submissions for the Comedy Screenplay Challenge and the second annual Comedy Shorts Competition. The DC Comedy Fest will also host a panel, Politics is Funny, moderated by Mike Allen (Politico) with panelists Lizz Winstead (The Daily Show), Pete Grosz (The Colbert Report), Joe Medieros (The Tonight Show with Jay Leno) and Baratunde Thurston (The Onion).
