NBC is accepting submissions for the third annual Comedy Short Cuts DiverseCity Festival. Founded by comedian Wil Sylvince, the festival is seeking short comedy films with an “ethnically or culturally diverse writer, producer, cast or theme.” There is no entry fee and all submissions must be postmarked by August 15, 2008.
