Last month, comedian Mike Dambra received an apology from booker Sara Hurst for failing to pay him and Chad Thornsberry for their performances June 24-26. After several days of Dambra’s relentless phone calls and bulletin postings, Hurst who heads Imagine Entertainment, issued a statement agreeing to pay the comedians for their performances by July 16.
But the deadline has past and “Hurst has made no attempt to even make a partial payment,” says Dambra.
