Federal prosecutors have charged Eduardo Rodriguez, former chief executive of Headliners Entertainment Group which owned and ran the Rascals Comedy Clubs in New Jersey, with securities fraud, The Star-Ledger reports. Rodriguez is accused of participating in schemes to inflate the prices of penny stocks earlier this year.
