Comedian Todd Lynn, the former HOT 97 radio host who was made the scapegoat for the infamous “Tsunami” song in 2005, returns to the radio scene with two new shows. Lynn is the host of the new morning radio show, Makes Me Wanna Holla on 99.3 The Joynt at 9-11am. New York-based comedian Marc Theobald (Chappelle’s Show) is co-host. Media and comedy stars including Tracy Morgan, Colin Quinn, Stephen A. Smith and Dr. Jeffrey Gardere are scheduled to appear on the show to discuss current news, social issues and the comedy business.
Lynn also hosts an Internet show of the same name on Blog Talk Radio, which focuses on news, entertainment and serious issues in the African-American community. Lynn’s one-day-a-week show quickly became hit, thus prompting Blog Talk Radio to extend the show to four days a week. Listeners can tune in Tuesday-Friday from 1-3pm.
