The 2nd annual Women in Comedy Festival is accepting submissions until January 18. The festival is accepting entries for stand-up comedy, improvisation, live sketch, storytelling, scripted musical comedy, humor writing and short film/TV pilot. The Women In Comedy Festival will take place March 24 – 28, 2010.
Submission Rules and Requirements:
Performers must send a DVD of 5-7 minutes, a festival application and a submission fee of $30 made payable to ImprovBoston. The submission category must be indicated on the outside of the envelope. Applicants submitting in the humor writing category must send a festival application, a 1,000 word excerpt of the article from which the writer will read, and the submission fee.
