‘Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne’ to Premiere in August

Comedy Central has announced that it will tape the Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne Saturday, August 4 in Los Angeles, and premiere the Roast Sunday, August 12 at 10pm ET/PT. When asked about the Roast, Roseanne remarked, “All I can say is good luck finding anything about me to make fun of… I mean, I’ve never made a mistake or offended anyone in my life!”

The comedy icon joins the growing roster of celebrities roasted on the comedy network including Charlie Sheen, Donald Trump, Joan Rivers, Larry the Cable Guy, Bob Saget and William Shatner.

The Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne will be executive produced by Joel Gallen of Tenth Planet Productions.
